Guest Poet

Gray Fruit

I make use of this warm gray fruit
never their hot hearts, which always taste bad.
Imagine keeping gentle when they feel you work.
Relax -
It is easy after.
I want but little

Romantically Challenged

There

Like lost children

Sweet mystery of the soul

All hope crushed

Bewitched & crying

Conquered

They have appetites

Best that we run!

Poems coming soon

Appologies for being away for so long.  However, I will soon have some new twists on the poetry.  Now it will be a Basic, Shakespearean, Zombie, Pirate sort of things.  Yes, for my birthday I got not one, but two new magnetic poetry sets.

In the meantime, I was working near the San Diego Comic Con and would like to share a picture of the Walking Dead promotional vehicles.  Though it is not very evident in this picture, the back of the truck actually has various body parts hanging out.

Dark Discovery

A scream shatters the dead of night
Methinks a wicked villain hadst fouled a woman

Therefore lest I forswear my lordship
With haste do I run through perilous manner

Wherefore he stumbles o'er yon street
The drunkard I see doth deceive my eyes

For naught drunk from the goblet hast loathsome slander
But from out of his grave this grotesque doth wander

{Thus begins a new age of the supernatural, who knows what the future will bring}

A change-up in poetry

This Father's Day, I received the Shakespeare kit from my wonderful, oldest daughter.  So, get ready for a change-up!  Zombies are moving into the Elizabethan age as well!

Welcome to the Club

Together, let's chase them everywhere

An unstoppable mob
filled with a taste for warm flesh

Who thought sucking eyes out of skulls
would be that infecting of a thing

But you know, my pale skinned creature

     a headshot will kill

          and undead no more

we move into the grave again

Watch your step

If you would stumble in the street
     Chased by hungry zombies
Human flesh they like to eat

Before you can scream into the night
     It is feasting on brains
          And takes no little bite
